"Gmüetlich defür, gmüetlich degege" - inimitably laconic, Stahlberger reflect contemporary events on their new album "Lüt uf Fotene" and present themselves at the height of current music-making in 2022. Producer Olaf Opal (The Notwist, International Music, Die Sterne and others) put the focus audibly on the band sound and breathed a proper touch of 21st century herb into it. The result is an album that reaches deep, both sonically and lyrically, and shows a band that never gets comfortable and has been continuously developing its sound for 15 years now.
