Swiss composer and producer PABLO NOUVELLE first gained international attention in 2012 with his self-released eponymous album, which Mixmag called 'essential', followed by the EP "You Don't Understand" on the British tastemaker label Black Butter (Sony Music).
With the first official album "All I Need" (2016 on the Dutch label Armada Music), Nouvelle and his band began to tour Europe, playing more than 150 concerts in eleven countries. One of the many highlights was the tour of South Africa, Mozambique and Swaziland. In 2018, Nouvelle released the follow-up album "Wired."
After making his first foray into classical music in 2019 with his "Piano Pieces," the versatile musician moved his cultural circles further, releasing his EP "Eliso Lyamu Katata" this year - four songs based on samples from a 1950s African song library from Tanzania and featuring multi-Grammy award-winning icon Angelique Kidjo on vocals.
Since then, other releases include the trip-hop inspired instrumental album "Atlas Internet Cafe" and its sibling for the club "Obsolete" as well as the Spanish collabo EP "Dime" with Emy Perez and the album with Kinnship called "Stones & Geysers".
Currently Pablo Nouvelle is releasing a single every five weeks from the album "Vulnerability" which will be released this fall via Armada. A dance album full of warm organic synthesizers and striking vocal samples.
