L’ECLAIR – Cloud Drifter Tour

With their unique blend of hypnotic grooves, cosmic soundscapes, and irresistible rhythms, L’Eclair bring their extraordinary musical world to the stage at the Gannet. The Swiss band, led by brothers Stef and Yavor Lilov, invites you on a journey through krautrock, cosmic funk, electronic music, and contemporary jazz—somewhere between the dance floor and a trance-like state.

Raised in Bulgaria, where they were influenced by traditional folk music, and later establishing their musical roots in Switzerland, the Lilov brothers have developed a sound with L’Eclair that bridges the past and the future. Since the band’s founding about ten years ago, they have been thrilling international audiences with their precise, almost robotic tightness—which nevertheless always remains human, playful, and full of emotion.

With their fourth album, *Cloud Drifter*, released on the renowned U.S. label Innovative Leisure, L’Eclair are opening a new chapter. For the first time, vocals take center stage: guest artists such as Pink Siifu, Gelli Haha, Phoebe Coco, and others expand the band’s previously instrumental universe and add a new dimension to their hypnotic grooves.

With its mix of driving club tracks, psychedelic sonic journeys, and warm, nostalgic moments, “Cloud Drifter” showcases the full range of L’Eclair’s sound. Their music evokes the spirit of experimentation found in bands like Can or Tortoise, but blends it with modern electronic influences and an unmistakable love for groove.

After acclaimed performances around the globe and two highly acclaimed sessions at KEXP that reached hundreds of thousands of listeners worldwide, L’Eclair is now returning to the stage—ready to get both body and mind moving.
