The goat has chosen its next route: across lush green meadows to Ireland and Scotland.
This time, CABRA invites you to a special folk evening: ÁED and TÁIN combine profound soundscapes with rousing dance rhythms. Two concerts between silence and
storm. ÁED open the evening with earthy chamber folk, archaic power, and delicate intimacy—music that opens up spaces and leads inward. Then TÁIN captivate us with their Irish and Scottish folk music full of energy, rhythm, and a desire to dance.
Program:
6:00 p.m. – CULTURE, at Mohramar (behind Gannet). The evening begins in an open, warm, and inviting atmosphere around the fire. In the CULTURE section, we create space for arriving, exchanging ideas, and getting in the mood.
This time, TEA & FOOD will be serving special Irish and Scottish delicacies—inspired by the culture that has given rise to this evening's music. A moment to linger, meet, and immerse yourself before the concert hall fills up. Open to everyone, even without a ticket.
8:00 p.m. – SESSIONS: Concerts with ÁED & TÁIN at Gannet
Afterwards – JAM: Time to make music together around the fire! The evening ends where it began. At the beautiful fire pit in front of the Mohramar (behind the Gannet). Bring your instruments – some will be available on site. Open to everyone, even without a ticket.
About our musical travel & storytellers:
ÁED
Chamber Folk | Contemporary Folk | Atmospheric Art-Folk
ÁED weaves earthy melodies, powerful rhythms, and dark, atmospheric colors into a sound that is deeply rooted yet opens up new spaces. Inspired by myths, transitions, and inner landscapes, their music grows far beyond traditional
forms.
With their current album Beyond (2025), the band unfolds this complexity with particular depth. The pieces move between archaic power and delicate intimacy, carried by wide harmonies, subtle twists and turns, and a voice that both grounds and opens up
.
Experiencing ÁED live means immersing yourself in a world that slowly unfolds—a concert full of warmth, depth, and that quiet magic that lingers long after the final note.
TÁIN
Irish & Scottish Folk
"Táin" means "raid" in Gaelic – and that's exactly how their concerts feel: sudden, intense, and exhilarating. Without saying much, TÁIN captivate their audience with virtuoso playing, driving
rhythms, and timeless melodies. The music sounds like joie de vivre, vastness, and wild nature – like cliffs, sea winds, and the Highlands. Dance-like, lively, with a touch of melancholy. Bagpipes, flutes, violin, percussion, and guitar interweave to create a sound that goes straight to the legs and lingers long after. TÁIN are a musical raid in the best sense of the word: one that makes you happy – and leaves you wanting more.
