Saitün "Farewell"

Dear All

We're calling it quits.
After five and a half years with over 70 concerts on stages in Switzerland, Germany, the Netherlands and Italy, an album release and hundreds of records and merchandise sold all over the world, lots of press, the RFV Resonate Promotion Award 2020, and tens of thousands of kilometers on the highway, it's time for us to stop with the Saitün project.

Making music professionally means full commitment and pure passion for the cause. But it also means constantly exposing yourself to precarious, self-exploitative conditions as an artist.

Over the course of the last year, we slipped into a state with the band that no longer felt good. We were exhausted, the air was out and the motivation was no longer there. In other words, the commitment and passion for which it is worth investing everything in the project was gone, so we had to put on the brakes.

We have learned an incredible amount with the Saitün project, have experienced a great deal and look back with gratitude.

Thanks to everyone who has supported us in any way.
